Dabir Industries has a well-appointed inspection room with the latest in advanced measuring equipment.
We have automatic programmable 3D CNC CMM SPECTRUM II, as well as a Surface Roughness Tester SURFCOMFLEX 50A, optical comparator, and several microscopes.
Our Carl Zeiss 3D CNC CMM SPECTRUM II even has an optical probe attachment that can optically inspect features without even contacting the part! We can check both the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of machined components. Our staff is also skilled in using conventional inspection equipment, such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
